RECIPE FROM HERBYVORE
Great for breakfast or dessert, here’s a quick & easy recipe with a HerbYvore spin on it! Nourished with our plant protein, this dairy-free mango ‘lassi’ pudding will satiate the senses, leaving you refreshed and vitalised.
INGREDIENTS
- 100g ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฏ๐ฌ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฒโข๏ธ ๐ฃ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐น๐ผ๐ฐ๐ธ
- 2 (450g) ripe frozen mango
- ยพ cup coconut milk
- ยฝ tbsp Honey
- 1 – 2 tbsp sugar
- ยฝ tsp ground cardamom
- mint leaves for garnishing
(Serves 4)
METHOD
- Crumbleย Plant Proteinย and add all the remaining ingredients into the blender.
- Blend till smooth.
- Pour mixture into dessert cups and leave it to chill for 2 hours-overnight.
- Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled!
