Problem with an Order?
We will gladly provide you a refund for any of these scenario:
· Wrong items received in my order.
· Defected/damaged items received in my order.
· Missing items in my order.
Just email us at email@example.com within 48 hrs of receipt of items with
1. Your name
2. Your contact number
3. Order number
4. Proof of purchase
5. Image/images of the item/s (not applicable if you did not receive the item, of course)
We typically respond within 48 hrs, but may take up to 5 working days to respond. Operating hours: Mon – Sat (10am-5pm) Off on Sun & Public Holiday.
You may also contact us thru our Facebook messenger and Instagram Direct messages but we will still need you email us within 48hrs of receipt of items to be eligible for refunds
